FAQs
What size of Hermergencies is right for me?
The pads and tampons found in every tube are the same size (Regular). The sizing found on each tube (Small, Medium or Large) is for the size of the Kayser Pure Cotton Bikini brief. Small is suitable for size 6-8, Medium for 10-12 and Large for 14-16.
Can I get a different colour of underwear?
At the moment we only offer the Kayser Pure Cotton Bikini brief in black.
Why does Hermergencies come in a tube?
Hermergencies comes in a re-sealabe tube so you don't have to dispose of your underwear after an unexpected period. This way you can store your soiled underwear safely and hygienically in the re-sealable tube and put it back into your handbag or backpack ready for washing when you get home. You no longer need to throw out your favourite underwear!
Do you offer returns and refunds?
We only offer a refund on products that are faulty when they arrive (tube broken, underwear damaged etc), not for change of mind.
